These Terms & Conditions apply when you buy from Echo & Sprout Designs via echoandsproutdesigns.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1) Products

We sell physical products such as greeting cards and art prints (and other items listed on our site). Product photos are for illustration; colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes.

2) Ordering & Checkout

  • When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the item(s).

  • Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We may cancel/refund an order if there’s a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or a problem fulfilling the order. If that happens, we’ll refund you in full.

3) Personalisation (Optional)

Some products allow optional personalisation (e.g., name/number/text).

  • If you add personalisation, check spelling and details carefully — we print what you provide.

  • If you contact us quickly after ordering, we’ll try to amend it, but we can’t guarantee changes once production has started.

  • Personalised items are classed as made-to-order and have different return rules (see Section 7).

4) Prices & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time (this won’t affect orders already placed and confirmed).

5) Processing Times & Dispatch

Processing times are shown on product pages and/or at checkout. We aim to dispatch within the stated timeframe, but during busy periods this may take longer.

6) Delivery

  • Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

  • You’re responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If you provide an incorrect address and the parcel is returned, you may need to pay to reship it.

7) Returns, Cancellations & Refunds (UK Customers)

Non-personalised items

  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item (Distance Selling rules).

  • You must return the item in unused condition within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

  • Return postage is paid by you (unless the item is faulty).

  • We refund the item cost (and standard delivery cost if applicable) once the return is received/checked.

Personalised / made-to-order items

  • Personalised items are not returnable for change of mind, because they’re custom-made.

  • If a personalised item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect (our mistake), you’re fully covered — contact us and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if possible.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

8) Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photos, text, and branding on this site are owned by Echo & Sprout Designs (or licensed to us). You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without permission.

9) Liability

We’re not liable for:

  • delays caused by postal services/couriers,

  • events outside our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather),

  • minor colour variation between screens and printed products.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.

10) Privacy

We only use your personal information to fulfil your order and provide customer service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
