1. About My Products

All products are designed and created by Echo & Sprout Designs.
Items are handmade or printed to order, so small variations in colour, placement or finish may occur. These are part of the handmade nature and not considered faults.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Echo & Sprout Designs reserves the right to update prices at any time.

3. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from the UK.
Processing times vary — usually within 1–3 working days for greeting cards and 3–5 working days for art prints.
Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and Royal Mail’s service.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. I can’t be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Non-personalised items: You may return non-personalised, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage).

  • Personalised or custom-made items: These cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged.

  • Damaged or faulty goods: Please email within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
Once printing or dispatch has begun, cancellations are not possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and text on this website belong to Echo & Sprout Designs.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any of the designs or content without written permission.

7. Personalisation

If you provide custom details (names, dates, messages, etc.), please double-check your spelling before checkout.
I print exactly what you provide. Errors in customer-supplied text are not eligible for refunds.

8. Liability

Echo & Sprout Designs is not responsible for indirect loss, damage, or delay caused by postal services, third-party carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
Liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

9. Privacy

Your personal details are used only to process and deliver your order or to contact you if needed.
Data is never shared or sold. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By purchasing from Echo & Sprout Designs, you agree to these terms.
