At Echo and Sprout Designs, we aim to post every order quickly, carefully and at a fair price.

All items are shipped from our Leeds studio using Royal Mail.

Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 1 - 3 working days.

Personalised or made to order items may take slightly longer.

You'll receive a dispatch email once your order is on its way.

Dispatch and tracking

You’ll receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
For tracked services, we’ll include the tracking details where available so you can follow your parcel.

Packaging

We pack all orders carefully to help protect them in the post. Cards and prints are usually sent in board-backed envelopes or boxes/tubes suitable for the product.

Delays and missing parcels

Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by busy periods or postal delays.

If your order hasn’t arrived 7 working days after dispatch (UK), please contact us with your order number.
We’ll investigate with the delivery company and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for orders that don’t arrive because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
